1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers the ArrowPuff iPhone game, its informational website, and support correspondence with the developer of ArrowPuff. You can contact the developer at SuwannakinthoTichi499@outlook.com. Apple and your email or web service providers handle information under their own policies when you use their services.
2. Information kept on your device
ArrowPuff stores game progress, unlocked levels, stars, coins, lives and refill times, booster inventory, selected and unlocked appearances, tutorial status, sound, music and haptic preferences, daily reward dates, challenge progress, and an unfinished game on your device. These records let you resume play, keep rewards, and apply your preferences.
The app also keeps local save backups and, if a save cannot be read, a recovery copy. Local game identifiers prevent rewards from being granted twice. The device date and time are used for daily rewards and life refills; the game does not request access to your calendar events.
The developer does not receive your gameplay records from the app. ArrowPuff has no developer-operated account system, game server, or cloud-save service. Device backups managed by you, Apple, or your computer may include app data according to your backup settings.
3. Game coins and Apple services
The in-game shop uses coins earned or provided within the game. ArrowPuff does not offer real-money purchases or subscriptions, connect to Apple purchase services, or store payment or transaction records.
ArrowPuff does not include a separate crash-reporting or analytics SDK. Apple may process device or app diagnostics according to your system sharing settings and Apple's privacy policies.
4. Permissions, advertising, and tracking
ArrowPuff does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier. It has no ads, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs, and does not track your activity across other apps or websites. The developer does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
5. Visiting the website
The ArrowPuff website is an informational site. It has no account registration, contact forms, or advertising cookies. Images, styles, and fonts are served with the site.
When you visit the hosted website, the hosting or network provider may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, referring page when supplied, and request time, to deliver pages, protect the service, and diagnose errors. The provider's logging and retention settings govern these technical records. This is separate from the game's local save data.
The hosted website includes a Cloudflare Web Analytics script for website traffic and performance measurement. It sends measurements to Cloudflare about page views, visits, and page loading performance. These measurements are available to the developer to understand how the website is used and how well it loads. This website service is separate from the offline game, which contains no analytics SDK and does not send gameplay records to it. Cloudflare handles the service under its own privacy policies.
Links to email or external services only open when you choose them. Those services may process information under their own policies.
6. When you contact us
If you email SuwannakinthoTichi499@outlook.com, the developer receives your email address and the message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. This information is used to respond, investigate the issue you report, and manage your request. Please avoid sending payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Email service providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. Support information is not used for advertising. It may be shared with a service provider where needed to handle your request, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
7. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local game records remain until replaced through play or removed with the app's data. Deleting the app removes its local app container; offloading the app can retain data. Copies in device or computer backups are managed separately through your backup settings. Restoring a backup may restore previous game records. The developer cannot remotely view or delete your local saves.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may email the contact address to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you supplied, subject to applicable requirements. Website technical records and analytics follow the hosting and analytics providers' retention settings; Apple controls records it holds for its own services.
You can play without creating an account or sending support information. You can change sound, music, and haptics in Settings and manage device backups and Apple diagnostic sharing in your device settings.
8. Children's information
The game does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information and has no account registration, chat, advertising, or tracking. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through support correspondence. If you believe a child has sent personal information, a parent or guardian can contact SuwannakinthoTichi499@outlook.com to request review and deletion where appropriate.
9. Policy updates and contact
This policy may be updated when the game, website, or information practices change. The version and effective date identify this edition. The website and newly released app versions will include the applicable updated policy; an already installed older app retains its bundled offline policy until updated. The app does not fetch policy updates in the background.
